Question regarding android games support

Hi,

I have the Minix X8H Plus and recently received the GameSir G3S controller.

After downloading a few games I wanted to play from the android store, such as FIFA 16 UT and NBA Live Mobile, I noticed that the games crash as soon as we are passed the logo screen, as if the device is intentionally doing this.

Is it true that this box is intentionally not supported for these games?
