Self-adaptive refresh rate switch = no sound

Hi, sorry for my english.

I have minix x8-h plus connect to sony bdv n990w (hdmi in 1) and the receiver (hdmi out arc) connect to my tv samsung model 60un6300 (hdmi 2 arc). All connected and working, cec functions and arc ok.

xbmc/kodi set to send pass through ac3 and dts (confirmed via receiver display)
nothing changed in video settings
